These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unparalleled Dance website and any purchases made from Unparalleled Dance LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase from our store. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

  1. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, photographs, sizing, and descriptions accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, garment production, and the individual characteristics of printed products.

Measurements and sizing can vary slightly between garment styles. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information provided before purchasing.

Some products are created or printed after an order is placed. Small variations in print placement, color, or appearance that are normal within the production process are not automatically considered defects.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping offers may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, discount, inventory, or website errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer with available options.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory issues, supplier availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation and modification requests should be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production, processing, shipping, tracking, split shipments, address errors, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unparalleled Dance LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect customer information, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, damaged-item claims, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must receive authorization before mailing a return. Sending an item without approval does not guarantee that it will be accepted or refunded.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Unparalleled Dance name, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Unparalleled Dance LLC.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with store security, introduce malicious software, collect information about others without authorization, violate intellectual-property rights, or engage in unlawful conduct.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, social platforms, and external websites.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or independent actions of third parties. Your use of their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

  1. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

We will obtain permission before using customer photographs or videos in promotional materials unless the content was submitted under terms that clearly included promotional use.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. DISCLAIMER

Products and website services are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unparalleled Dance LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability concerning a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
